Last night I couldn't sleep. I was up until 6:30 am. The men's 200 medley, and the men's 200 backstroke were my dear friends as NOTHING is one TV at this time in the morning except for Exercise infomercials. They didn't help with my sleeplessness though, only proved to keep me more awake and entertained. Read more about my sleeplessness here.
