I have arrived at school a short 8:30am because of the snow storm last night. I had to leave my car at school and get a ride home with my parents ( I quiver at the thought of my car being garrisoned by the snow plough in the school parking lot). The trekk to Burlington from my school is an unforgiving one in the shakiest of winter weather.
And so, here I am, in the Medium office in the wee hours of the morning eating ziploc bag cereal and trying to keep my head above desk level. On the bright, I did have a pretty good hair day considering I did absolutely nothing with my hair -- the hair falling in an acceptable wave that doesn't say, "rough" but gently nudges at
"effortless." I'm quite pleased.
Being the clever sister that I am, I also preparred for the AM arrival by taking a shower last night (something i never do, always been a morning showerer, except on rare occasions such as this). I am trying to gather enough change in my wallet to sum the amount of a large coffee at Tim Horton's. In a perfect world , i would be able to afford a Starbucks -- but I fear I am a few cents cheated of my grande mild. I'm not asleep, not yet awake...
