Yesterday, because I am so cool and interested in the moon, stars etc (along with everyone else as it was on the nightly news and was apparently a facebook group of 35, 000) I watched the lunar eclipse. I awaited the once in a blue moon (pun) appearance with D40 in hand in Jocey's driveway. Joce has a Rebel XT she is very proud of, and Kase (without cam) has personality. So the three of us froz our asses off and took some shoddy pics. Although my lens is a pretty good range, It couldn't really get a good shot of the fucking moon. Which makes sense, cause it is so far away (perhaps the furthest target I have ever tried to shoot). Anyways, I included some pics here (in a collage that didn't turn out right) along with other good ones (Kasey breaking it down, Jocey climbing a king-sized snowbank, and my boots). After we froze, we made white hot chocolate with marshmellows and watched two episodes of Cashmere Mafia (just to look at the clothes) and to my proding, Beauty and the Beast! I have recently been taken by Disney again with the re-hooking of my VCR in the basement (after a scary night back into the world of dance videos from the late 90s early 2000s). Anyhow, B&B is amazing. But i noticed, the older you get while watching Disney, the more questions you have, such as: How come the Clocksworth can feel the burn of Lumiere's flame, and yet, Miss Potts and Chip are constantly filled with hot tea and they can't feel a thing? Also, how come, if it is set in France, everyone has an American accent, except for Lumiere and Miss Potts and Clocksworth who have an English one. Anyhow, me and Kasey agreed that if we ever lived in a sweet castle like that one, we would definitly throw an 80s dance party in the crazy-big ballroom where they sing the "Beauty and the Beast" song.
